Adult Day Program |
|
This program provides |
| * Respite Care Services to caregivers who care
for a person with Alzheimer's Disease or a related disorder. |
| * A day program for those with any form of
Dementia and or related disorder. The Tuesday Club meets from 10:00
a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Rock River Township Hall in Chatham. The
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Clubs meet from 10:00 am to 2:00 p.m. in
Munising. |
| * Friendly, well trained staff provide healthy
nutritious snacks and lunch. Socialization includes activities, crafts,
range of motion exercises, music, field trips and intergenerational
activities. |
| * Transportation available for a minimal fee. |
| Daycare charge is $18.00 per day. |
